This inspiring fusion of Pilates, Yoga & Ballet Barre movement is a fun low impact - high intensity class that will challenge every muscle fiber in your body. The choreographed sequence begins with warm ups on the mat for core, then a series of arm exercises, and continues at the barre with lower body work focused on the thighs and glutes. At the barre, short pulses of isometric exercises target specific muscles and push them to fatigue through high rep low impact. This series will help you lean and tone your muscles to design a sculpted body, improve posture, and deepen the mind/body connection.
