What to know before your first hot yoga or barre class:
Pre-registration is required for all classes. New students are welcome to every class but must register online in advance. Be sure to check out our full list of studio policies before your first class.
Try to avoid eating a heavy meal within 2 hours of your first class. Drink plenty of water throughout your day to be hydrated for class. Classes are appropriate for all levels and we have beginners in every class.
Everyone in class needs:
A yoga mat
A large towel that goes over the mat
Water (you can fill your water bottle with our filtered water refill station)
Clothing you are comfortable moving and sweating in
Barre classes also use small weights and balls which are provided, but you may bring your own
Towels are available to rent for $2/each
