Registration is open for the e84 Advanced Workshop! We are excited for twice the fun with two workshops:

Thursday, August 23, 7 - 9 pm e84 Intro to Advanced Class Workshop

Friday, August 24, 7 - 8:30 pm e84 Playshop. 

Thursday's Workshop follows the advanced class format, similar to our past event in February. No advanced skills are needed to participate in this class, but comfort with the Hot 60 and/or Barkan Vinyasa plus a desire to expand is essential. Structured by Esak Garcia, this class prepares students for the more complex 84 posture advanced class, from which Bikram Yoga was derived.

Friday's Playshop is a more intimate delve into select intermediate/advanced postures. Restricted to a limited number of students seeking one-to-one guidance and instruction for developing their physical practice. Not appropriate for first time yoga students.
