Fall Equinox ushers in the Autumn Season. In Taoist Practice, fall is a time for gratitude to embrace the harvest of the year and a time to "cut away" excess that is holding us back - physically, emotionally and spiritually.
This Fall is connected to the lungs in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Our breath-work in the meditation practices will help strengthen the lungs before the fall cold and flu season begins.
Discover and celebrate your own personal harvest through this sunset group meditation.
