Buti Yoga is an energetic blend of power yoga, cardio-intensive tribal movement, conditioning, and deep abdominal toning. The beat-blended movements force you out of your own head and into your body. Each class is different in terms of creativity and movement. In fact, the only thing that is planned is the playlist because the class is driven by the music.
